Incubation programme

The EdTech COE is home to EdTech start-ups adopting innovative ideals to solving problems in education.

Annually the centre will incubate a new generation of student-led EdTech start-ups with ideas or solutions inline with the focus of the centre. Start-ups accepted into the program would be either in the idea stage or have an early prototype.

Applications for 2019 Incubation programme are ongoing

Apply for Incubation Programme

The programme will run for 9 months and help entrepreneurs achieve the following:

  • Clearly define their solution
  • Identify users
  • Build a minimum viable product (MVP)
  • Acquire users
  • Iterate the solution into a working product that users would use or pay for

  • Teams get seed investment of USD 5,000

  • Mentoring from the management team

  • Support from our Product development team

Eligibility Criteria

Who can apply?

Student teams from Tai Solarin University of Education

  • Team must have at least one full-time member and a maximum of 3 team members.
  • Team should have skills to build the solution (or have access to technical skills).
  • Team must be commited full-time for 6 months to build the solution and conduct market validation to understand your potential users.
